2. Camera Permission

MotoriLog requests access to your device's camera solely for the following in-app purposes:

• Scanning your vehicle's VIN barcode to auto-fill vehicle information
• Capturing photos of your vehicle for your garage gallery
• Photographing receipts, insurance cards, and service documents for record-keeping
• Taking photos of maintenance items and parts

Camera images are processed locally on your device or uploaded to secure servers only when you explicitly choose to save or upload them. We do not access your camera without your knowledge or transmit images to third parties except as described in Section 4.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve MotoriLog's features
• Send service reminders and mileage alerts you configure
• Generate AI-powered market value estimates for your vehicles
• Enable community features such as group chat
• Respond to your requests and support inquiries

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Vehicle data, photos, and records are stored on secure servers. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with:

• AI service providers solely to generate in-app features (e.g. market valuations, receipt scanning)
• Infrastructure providers who help operate our platform under strict confidentiality
• Law enforcement when required by applicable law

6. Community Content

Messages and images posted in the MotoriLog community chat are visible to all registered users of the app. Please do not post personally identifiable information you do not wish others to see.

7. Your Rights

You may at any time:

• Access and export your vehicle data from within the app
• Update or correct your profile information
• Revoke camera permission at any time through your device settings
• Delete your account and all associated data via Settings

8. Children's Privacy

MotoriLog is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of MotoriLog after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
